The Middle East and Africa’s largest cybersecurity event is set to return for its 14th edition from 6–8 May 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, placing a stronger spotlight on the pivotal role of women in shaping the global cybersecurity landscape. Organized by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, the event is held with the support of the Dubai Electronic Security Center, the Ministry of Interior, and Dubai Police
Women make up just 24% of security teams worldwide. To help bridge this gap, GISEC GLOBAL 2025’s Inspire Program will spotlight women leaders shaping the future of cybersecurity through keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions celebrating their achievements and expertise.
The speaker lineup includes Tigist Hamed Mohammed (Director, INSA), Dr. Bushra Al Blooshi (Director, Dubai Electronic Security Centre), Col. Francel Margareth Padilla (Director of Cyber Security, Philippine Armed Forces), Pei Ling Lee (Head of Cybersecurity Strategy, INTERPOL), and Aarti Borkar (VP, Microsoft Security Division), who advocates for empowering women in tech amid rising cyber threats.
