In 2001, the lock icon showed me the future of trust, and after 18 years of reflection, I realized that cybersecurity innovation must be accessible—especially for MSMEs, which are the true growth engine. In 2023, we launched QSafe, and within just one month, over 10,000 MSMEs downloaded our app. Through successful PoCs, takedowns, and revenue, it became clear: MSMEs needed us, and our solution was already making an impact. Operating with no funding and a small team, we built three products by staying customer-focused, working lean, and taking ownership of every task—turning pressure into progress. Looking ahead, we aim for C9Lab to become the leader in MSME cybersecurity across Asia—offering AI-powered, self-serve, affordable solutions. The success of C9Pharos, which saw 10,000 downloads in just 30 days, proved that affordable and accessible cybersecurity works, and MSMEs are ready to embrace it.
