Heading the Cyber Unit at Israel Export Institute, Vlad helps Cyber Companies scale globally, arranging the multi-type B2B/B2G at international conferences, roadshows, tradeshows, and more. Cyber Unit aims at matching the Israeli Cyber solution and the global security challenge, representing over 300 Israeli Cyber Security enterprises. Previously coordinating the Fintech Community of Israel's international framework, Vlad spearheaded the partnership establishment process, developing bilateral partnerships between 12 national Fintech Associations and the Fintech Community of Israel, more than doubling the Fintech Community of Israel's international partnerships. Following the Fintech Association's activity, the ministry of Economy has chosen the community to represent the Israeli Fintech Ecosystem on the national level. Vlad is a Tel Aviv University alumnus, holding a Bachelor in Political Science and a Diploma in European Studies.
