Sascha has more than 10 years of technical IT experience, four of which have been as a senior pre-sales engineer at SolarWinds. As a senior pre-sales engineer, Sascha was responsible for product training SolarWinds channel partners and customers, regularly participated in the annual SolarWinds Partner Summit EMEA, and contributed in the company’s professional certification program, SolarWinds Certified Professional.

Shaaz quickly moved to Telecommunications as his professional stream primarily due to his keenness to learn about Data & Digital communications & a very encouraging apprenticeship program on offer at the time with Tata Teleservices, coupled with the lack of love for controllers, capacitors, diodes etc. He enjoyed a very successful stint thereafter with ECI Telecom (2004 – 2013) where he fulfilled multiple roles (Field Engineer à Customer Support à Project Manager à Sales Manager) before moving to the UAE in 2013.
