At Honeywell, Pranav leads the Cybersecurity practice for Middle East and Africa comprising of Sales and Technical Solution consultants for Honeywell Connected Cyber, enabling customers with their cybersecurity programs in various verticals like Energy, Utilities, Metals and mining.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and control and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business.

He is a certified GICSP and helps to drive cybersecurity awareness and education into industrial control system communities in the region and India.

Pavan Kushwaha is the Founder and CEO of Threatcop, a global cybersecurity company. Being an alumnus of MNNIT, Pavan along with his two college mates, Paratosh Bansal and Dip Jung Thapa, started this venture in 2013. While Pavan was hustling to scale up his company globally, he was also CTO & Product Head of a healthcare eCommerce startup, Dawailelo (later acquired by 1mg), for 1.5 years.

Later, he became the head of cybersecurity for ImpactQA for 3 years. Back in 2013, Threatcop was established as Kratikal. It was an outcome of his research and investigation into the cybersecurity domain after he became a victim of a phishing attack.

Today the organization under his leadership is scaling up its venture by pledging to empower people through multiple products under Threatcop and services under Kratikal. He aspires to empower people and mitigate cyber risks.

Pavan has authored 6 cybersecurity books, has 1 patent (pending), and has trained over 15,000 students across 130+ nations. Pavan is not only an Entrepreneur but also a Security Researcher, Developer, Orator, and Ethical Hacking Expert.

Pete Chestna serves as the CISO of North America at Checkmarx, where he provides customers and prospects with practical advice for building successful application security programs. Bringing more than 15 years of direct AppSec practitioner experience, Pete has held roles ranging from developer and development leader to his most recent position as the Global Head of AppSec for the Bank of Montreal where he was responsible for the security of thousands of applications.

Over his years as a software engineer and engineering leader, Pete has led organizational transformations from Waterfall to Agile to DevOps and from monolith to microservice architectures. He is certified as both a scrum master and product owner. Stemming from his experience as both an avid practitioner and consultant, Pete has spoken internationally at numerous prominent security and developer conferences including DevOpsDays, All Day DevOps, OWASP AppSec, and DevSecCon.

Pete has been granted 3 patents. He enjoys whiskey tourism, astronomy, model rocketry and listening to Rush in his spare time.
