Currently working as Chief Cyber Security officer, responsible for overall cyber security and data protection strategies and execution plans within the Gulf North Region (Qatar/Kuwait/Bahrain).

Previously , served in Huawei as Director of Consulting , director of regulatory affairs, and head of core network solution department.

With more than 18 years’ experience in the Telecom and IT industries, he possesses broad experience across most technologies including 5G, IoT, cloud and Big Data, having worked in a variety of senior capacities across Technical, Commercial, Business Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and consulting disciplines. He is an expert in the Business of Telecommunications - managing of all aspects (strategy to execution) of Telecommunications Carrier / Service Provider businesses.

In the course of his career, he has worked with ICT infrastructure vendors and SW providers across MENA region.

Mrs Ben-Simhon is currently leading the Intelligence partnerships and cyber-fraud Innovation at Citi’s Cyber Intelligence Center & TLV Innovation Lab.

Karine is a senior cybersecurity manager with vast experience and understanding of the cyber warfare ecosystem, on both corporate and National levels.

In her current role, Karine is working on identifying Innovative solutions for cybercrime prevention, and work with internal and global stakeholders to increase effectively information exchange and data analytics.
Prior to joining Citi, she worked at the Israel National Cyber Directorate, where she founded and managed the Operational Cooperation unit. During this role she led global initiatives and worked closely with Government agencies worldwide and global industry stakeholders, by establishing tailor made partnerships to prevent cybercrime from occurring.
She began her career at the Israel Security Agency, and continued her journey working for the private and Government sector promoting multi-national projects related to cybersecurity and HLS. Being a top priority, in the past few years, Karine promoted local initiatives to empower younger girls to achieve their full potential, and encourage technological leadership.

Since the early 90's, Karim has been an entrepreneur and business angel in the digital economy. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and his passion is the establishment and development of new markets based on digital transformation of existing business models through application and constant innovation of technology.

Karim has created and successfully grown companies from the ground as well as held senior international positions in enterprises like DENTSU AEGIS and Deutsche Post DHL.

He helps shaping the industry by taking leadership in trade associations and JICs like the IAB or BVDW as well as being a frequent speaker at conferences.

Karthik Raja has more than 15 years of experience in the IT Security and Telecom domain.

He is well-versed in DevOps, Programming, Networking, and Security. He has numerous certifications in IT security and the Telecom domain; Implemented and managed one of the most significant cybersecurity projects in TCS, Wipro, with more than 100K+ servers and endpoints and networking resources. Created and Managed a team of 20+ people to implement and support various cybersecurity products.

Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi is a versatile Information Technology (IT) professional, strategist and transformation manager with experience that cuts across the private and public sectors in IT operations, business transformation, solution architecture, tech policy development, administration and management. In the last 16 years, he has applied himself and excelled in several positions with proven capacity including managerial roles.

Mr Abdullahi is a thoroughbred IT professional and the first Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert CCIE in Nigeria's public sector. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi and holds multiple Leadership & Management courses in top institutions across the globe including Harvard University, Cambridge University and IMD Business school, Switzerland. He is equally a Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT Sloan – trained strategist.
He started his professional career at Galaxy Backbone Ltd in 2012 as a network engineer and in 2014 he joined the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a Technology Architect. He then joined NITDA in 2017 as the Technical Assistant to the then Director General.

On 20th August 2019, in recognition of his astute and focused leadership Mallam Abdullahi was appointed the Director-General of NITDA by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR. Thus far, he has placed NITDA on the global regulatory and digital economy map and has implemented various strategic initiatives that is making indelible impacts on all Nigerians.
