Mr. Hay has over 30 years’ experience in cyber security, and has worked to bring many disruptive technologies to market. He has worked with early-stage startup companies in technologies such as single-sign on, identify and access management, malware sandboxing and analysis, software defined networks, and cloud access security brokers. As one of the founders of Quantum Xchange, he has worked to commercialize quantum safe encryption technologies like quantum key distribution and post-quantum cryptography and bring them to market.

An experienced product manager, Eran worked across multiple product management disciplines in both large and small technology companies in Cyber security and Networking fields.

He joined Radiflow earlier this year to lead the strategical development of CIARA – risk assessment and mitigation planning system.

Eran holds a B.Sc in communication systems engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Before joining Verint, he served as VP Sales at eXaudios Technologies (acquired by Beyond Verbal).

Erez also served as EMEA Sales Manager at Nice Systems (NASDAQ:NICE).
