Binoo leads Emaar Group’s Technology Transformation and Operations. He passionately drives Emaar Technology’s ambition of positioning Emaar as the most digitally advanced company in Real Estate, Hospitality, Malls and Retail globally. Under his leadership Emaar restructured multiple technology teams into a single group technology team and established the Technology Development Centre in India. He brings to the table over 18 years of technology leadership experience spanning Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality and Real Estate.

In his previous roles,  Binoo ran scaled technology transformation programs across India, US, UK, Europe, China, Singapore, and the Middle East in leading organizations, including Wipro and Tesco PLC. He was also involved in setting up and running an e-commerce digital venture in Singapore as the CTO, and more recently was the CIO in another leading real estate group.

Originally from Kerala, Binoo received his MBA in Systems from IIT Delhi. Being a tech enthusiast, he spends his time studying the tech start-up landscape. He is a mentor, supporter and leverages the landscape to bring forth technology initiatives. He is a prolific speaker and thought leader in the space, and has delivered numerous keynotes in tech conferences globally

Brian Egenrieder is a veteran sales strategist and executive leader with over 30 years of enterprise software experience. His expertise in sales, sales management, business / channel development, marketing and executive leadership, gives Brian a unique perspective in helping early-stage companies build from the ground up and in also helping established companies hone their strategies and processes to consistently increase revenue while controlling costs. He has vast experience in selling into the Fortune 500 / Global 2000 as well as the SMB markets, experience in both commercial and government sectors, and experience in working in both domestic and foreign markets. He has been employed at a multitude of Software companies with a wide array of technology solutions, including IBM, webMethods, Deltek, Sterling Commerce, and others, giving Brian a broad spectrum of knowledge in high tech enterprise sales and marketing. He currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the rapidly growing Mobile Security company SyncDog. He is helping them to continually increase their global footprint and change the way the world goes about getting work done on their mobile devices.

Barak Hadad is the Head of Research at Armis Labs, responsible for hunting zero days and reverse engineering. Formerly an embedded R&D team lead in the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence, his current focus is unraveling the mysteries of various embedded devices.

While breaking a factory production line is Barak's idea of fun at work, in his free time Barak enjoys gaining as many hobbies as possible, including windsurfing, volleyball, skiing, water-ski, volley-ski, ball-water-ski, and of course his favorite, wind-ball-surf-volley-ski.

Bahaa has over 20 years’ experience in IT and over 16 years specializing in the area of IT security. Bahaa has held multiple positions with security and mobility vendors both Technical and sales roles. Throughout his career, Bahaa has acquired multiple vendor and security industry certifications including CISSP certification while holding leading positions with companies such as McAfee and MobileIron. Bahaa also has unique Mobile and Cloud Security expertise in the META region and has helped multiple customers with their mobility strategies and needs.

Betty Ugona is a Top Management Executive with over 30 years of experience in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Industry and a proven track record and expertise in the management of complex projects and leading multi-skilled teams to deliver superior business performance.

She was appointed in March 2020 by the Nigerian President, as the pioneer Chief Innovation Officer of the Research, Technology and Innovation Division of Nigeria’s State-Owned Oil Company, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). She leads an agile and dynamic team to champion game-changing research, technology, and innovation to position NNPC as an Energy Company of Global Excellence and effectively achieve a competitive edge across the energy value chain and associated businesses.

In recognition of Betty’s contributions to the development of the Chemistry Profession in Nigeria, Betty was conferred as a Fellow of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (ICCON).
Betty’s most enduring legacy has been her work in the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) adoption and penetration for Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. She was globally recognized by the Women in LPG Global Network Section of the World LPG Association (WLPGA) in 2019 as a Role Model. This was a validation of her immense contribution to the LPG industry as a pioneer and lifelong advocate. She was recognized as an LPG Champion by the Nigerian Association of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketers (NALPGAM) in recognition of her work in deepening LPG usage amongst underserved communities.

Betty has a degree in Industrial Chemistry and post-graduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. She is Goleman EI Certified Emotional Intelligence badged and her ambition is to lead the policy advocacy to emplace Emotional Intelligence in Nigeria’s National Basic Educational Curriculum. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and professionally certified in the field of Innovation as a Certified Innovation Professional (CInP)®, Certified Innovation Strategist (CInS)®, Certified Chief Innovation Officer (CCInO)®, and an Authorized Innovation Assessor (AInA)®.

She has continued to dedicate her resources towards achieving the aspirations of the Sustainable Development Goal 13; Climate Action through the non-profit organization that she co-founded; Gas to Health Initiative, whose main objective is to create massive awareness and lead the education drive on the use of LPG and its safe usage across Nigeria alongside the free distribution of LPG appliances. She specifically targeted women roadside food vendors known as ‘Mama Put’ in Nigeria to ensure that they switch from firewood usage to LPG. This sustained advocacy has over 5,000 direct beneficiaries and the long-term aspiration is to deepen the message and impact millions of Nigerians.

She enjoys writing, teaching, and spending time with the young generation. In 2011, she founded a non-profit organization; Redeemed Hope Leadership Foundation that has the overarching objective to instill lifelong leadership qualities on young minds by catching them young. She has directly reached over 6,000 young Nigerians and has remained focused on reaching more.
She is the author of the best-selling ‘Your Choice, Your Future and Your Life’ and the sequel, ‘Preferred above my Peers’. She recently published an LPG technical documentation on ‘Who Cooks it Feels the Brunt and the Environment Feels the Heat’ and most recently, the teenage-focused handbook titled, ‘I have a voice.’
